Terms & Condtions for My Tutoring Services
Payment
- Payment shall be made prior to the commencement of the 1st lessons.
- The tutor reserve the right to adjust the tuition fees by giving at least one-month notice.

- Cash
- Check
- Internet Transfer
- Paynow
Cancellation of lessons by students
- There will be no refund of fees made for the student’s absence due to illness, vacation, holidays, or attendance at school activity.
- For cancellation of the course up-to 24 hours before to the commencement of the course, the tuition fee will be refunded through bank transfer.
Termination of Lessons
- The tutoring arrangement may be terminated by either party at any time by giving the other party seven days prior written notice.
Re-schedule of lessons by tutors
- The Tutor may re-schedule lessons by giving one week prior notice to the Student in which case no fees shall be incurred.
Late Arrivals
- Student’s late arrival to any Session will not toll the time of the Session. No adjustment shall be made on Fees for time lost because of late arrival by Client.
- If Tutor arrives late, Tutor shall compensate students by extending a Session by mutual agreement.
